While highlighting the core issues in the Case Illustrations discussed elsewhere in this document, whether related to distribution, pricing or marketing, the success stories involved the entire organization. The Top Leadership presented a unified front for the entire Organization and galvanized people to find solutions to problems. This involved the Finance & Accounts teams, the HR teams Production teams and everyone else in the Organization besides Sales and Marketing.

The first step in any Transformation exercise is the rallying of the entire Organization to a singular, sharply defined, unified Goal of the Organization. Most employees want to do well in their jobs; they need guidance and motivation in the clarity of goals.
